I am a NASM CPT and a Group Fitness Instructor. I train clients virtually; as well as in person at fitness centers, parks, pools, and on the beach.
When not with clients or leading classes, I am a mom to 5 wonderful beautiful girls. I spent many years being overweight and not the best me. I decided it was time to start my own personal transformation. Having experienced this physical and mental space, I understand how it affects all aspects of life.
While having a background in Child and Family Psychology, I am extremely passionate about helping others find the motivation to not only set goals, but meet and exceed them. Finding a happiness that comes along with feeling good about yourself is something that is truly life changing. I feel that training clients in a functional way it prepares them for life’s everyday challenges, not just the gym.
For me, a healthy lifestyle is so much more than just a workout at the gym or a group class. It’s about living your best life each and every day, in a healthy, balanced way. I love helping others see and experience what their bodies are capable of with a bit of accountability and hard work.
