Fully customized workout for the children in your family. I can meet with them 1-3 times per week at your home or park to work on balance, coordination, and strength. Fun workouts to add to your homeschool.
Need a unique way to get the kids active? This class can be set up in a few ways. Tailored to the children in your community it can be either a 30 minute physical literacy fitness class or an hour long class with a 30 minute work out and 30 minutes putting those skills to test in fun games that work on team building skills, communication, and fitness.
Looking for a unique way to have fun at your next birthday party, corporate event, or reunion? These fun themed activities don’t truly look like a workout but are. This event can range in time from 30-90 minutes of fun fitness activities.
